Monday – 2 August - $12.75
salad – organic mixed greens, cherry tomato, cucumber and lemon dill dressing
entree – slow roasted beef brisket, buttermilk mashed potatoes and sweet caramelized carrots
dessert – gourmet lunch triple berry trifle or assorted bars
Tuesday - 3 August - $12.75
salad – organic arugula, cucumber, kalamata olive, sundried tomato, shaeved parmesan and balsamic vinaigrette
entree – penne pasta with a rich creamy alfredo sauce and sauteed shrimp or chicken
dessert – apple blueberry cake with cinnamon whipped cream
Wednesday – 4 August - $12.75
salad – organic baby spinach, celery, sweet carrots, bell pepper and lemon herb vinaigrette
entree – dijon crusted chicken breast, summer squash and herb roasted potatoes
dessert – fresh sliced fruit, berries and grapes with honey and almonds
Thursday – 5 August - $12.75
salad – mixed green, caeser and asian noodle salads & crisp baguette with butter
entree – chicken noodle soup and hearty tomato soup
dessert – fresh baked cookies
friday– 6 August - $12.75
salad – mixed Greens with Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella & organic Basil, olives Served with a Red Onion Vinaigrette
entree – Pesto Crusted Chicken over Creamy Herb Polenta and green beans
dessert – almond butter cake
