just to give you example at how wonderful everyone thought your lunch was today, i just had a secretary come up to me and say " in the four months that i have been here this was the best lunch yet. and she went on to say "the quality of the food was incredible. i wanted you to know how much everyone enjoyed your delicious lunch. so please work on the menu for next week and let me know what you come with. I know it's going to be delicious with whatever you come up.

we all loved the tuna sandwiches and the fruit compote and salads were quite a hit as well. honestly, it's the best food we've ever had delivered. we would like to use you again soon.

Hi Nicole,
Once again you did an amazing job with lunch. At first everyone was
skeptical of what a fish meatball was. But once they tasted it along
with the delicious garlic sauce much to everyone's surprise they loved
them. I can usually tell when people don't like something because the
dishes are still full but not any of yours were full. I have received so
many compliments on all of your dishes you have prepared this last week.
This of course makes my job a lot easier when people are happy with the
menu. So thank you again for a lovely lunch and I sure hope the word
gets out there about your catering company and the thoughtfulness you
put into each and every dish you make.  All I can say is you are the next Julia
Childs only instead it will read Nicole Jacobi best selling cookbook.
Looking forward to more delicious lunches next week.
